  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Help & FAQ
  4. Your Support ID will appear at the bottom of the screen

What to Include in Your Email

  • Your Support ID
  • A clear description of your issue or question
  • Screenshots if applicable
  • Device model and iOS version (if relevant)
