Include Your Support ID

How to find your Support ID:

  1. Open the Cosmetry app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Tap Help & Support
  4. Your Support ID will appear at the top of the page with a copy button

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a product?

You can add products via Quick Add, manual entry, barcode scan, or AI Photo Scan.

What is AI Photo Scan?

Take a photo of your product and our AI extracts the name, brand, ingredients, and expiry date automatically.

How do credits work?

AI features use credits. AI Chat costs 1 credit, AI Photo Scan costs 2 credits. Subscribe for monthly refills or buy credit packs.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to Profile → Export My Data to download all your products, allergens, reactions, and routines.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes all data. Cancel any subscriptions first in iOS Settings.

Is my data private?

Yes. Photos are stored locally on your device. Product data is stored securely with row-level security. AI processing uses Google Gemini's API.

Report an Issue

You can also report bugs directly from the app by going to Profile → About → Report an Issue. This opens an email with a pre-filled template including your device info.
